MIA

I know I've been missing in action lately and both my readers (there might even be three - ha) might be wondering what I've been up to. Well, I got a promotion at work and have been quite busy ever since. This wasn't something I was looking for or that I asked for. I was basically told "this is what we would like you to do." It's a big challenge, but now that I've had some time to start wrapping my arms around it, I think I'll really enjoy it. I'm certain there will be some stress, particularly since I'll still be managing my current department in addition to a new one, but I'm gonna learn a whole new aspect of our business and have the opportunity to help shape the direction some things go, and I'm excited about that. In any event, I'm in the process of getting organized and figuring everything out. Once I do, I expect life to get back to normal. Stay tuned!
